I have called the company to see about getting these problems resolved, as I mistakenly assumed as they have a 10-year guarantee that these problems would be resolved. The answer we received was "you are in Scotland and we don’t work there any more".

Clean, tidy, unobtrusive and a pleasure to have in your house. The windows themselves are generally excellent in terms of noise, draught exclusion and heat retention. Still having a problem with one window in storm conditions but company seems to be on the ball and investigations are ongoing. Installation team arrived on time and carried out work in a very professional manner, when they finished they ensured that the work area was left in a clean and tidy state.

I am already noticing a difference with regards to heat loss, especially downstairs which was previously very drafty due to gaps around the old window. I was a bit worried about paying out for our work to be done after reading some of the bad reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better. Our windows and Velux have been put in before the estimated date and look great. All workmen have been polite, tidy and skilled at their job. Unsatisfactory with after care from sales team as what was promised prior to installation of windows has not been met. Installation team were perfect kept us informed of what they were doing and what still needed done as installation took 2 days. Engineers that came after installation to plaster and put end caps on have been perfect aswell.
